In choosing our accommodation, my top concern was the price. Knowing that we would just be needing a place to sleep over, it wasn't really necessary to get something fancy. Anything that's comfortable and cheap is perfect for us. So I found Casa Teofila.

As you can see, the place looks pretty simple, yet it was lovely. I think it's because the staff their are just really helpful. Imagine, we didn't have to hail tricycles outside. We just told them how many tricycles we needed, and BOOM 2 tricycles coming in the compound in less than 5 minutes. Brilliant! :)
It's not really difficult to find this quaint Casa. Every tricycle driver in town probably knows this place. When I told the driver that we would like to be brought to Casa Teofila, he immediately recognized the place and told his co-driver (we paid 2 tricycle drivers for the 6 of us): "Sa Casa!" ("To the Casa!"). I figured this is the only Casa in Vigan, or probably the only well-known Casa there. Oh well if you're fine with the basics: wifi, comfy bed, cable tv, shower, and 24-hour recep, and then maybe mi casa could be su casa too.
